How many people can I refer?
As many as you want. Past a certain threshold, we simply generate a new code so you can start fresh.
When does my discount expire?
You have one year from the date your code is used. Plenty of time to plan your next trip.
How long does my code stay valid?
90 days from when you receive it. For a new code, just place another order.
Can my loved ones stack multiple codes?
No, just one code per order. That's what keeps this program rewarding for you in the long run.
What if my referee gets refunded?
If the order is refunded, the related discount is cancelled. Just to prevent abuse — it concerns very few cases.
Can I refer myself?
No, self-referral isn't allowed. We detect these cases (same card, same IP, same address) and it leads to losing your rewards.
Program terms. 10% discount applies to orders of €10 minimum. Cannot be combined with other promo codes, offers or seasonal discounts. One use per email address. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Referrer rewards are credited after the referee activates their eSIM and expire one year after issue. Referral code valid 90 days after issue, limited to 50 uses. Alosea reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time, and to revoke rewards in case of suspicious activity (fake accounts, self-referral, purchase for resale).
