How to submit a deletion request
You can request the deletion of your account and personal data in two ways:
📧 By email (recommended)
Send an email to contact@alosea.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We process all requests within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR.

If you have an Alosea account, log in to your personal space and contact us directly. We process the request manually within 30 days.

When we receive and validate your request, we erase:
- ✓Your email address and your Alosea account (login identifier)
- ✓Your purchase history stored in our database (orders, eSIMs ordered, referral codes, rewards)
- ✓Your Alosea newsletter subscription
- ✓Your referral code and any unused pending rewards
What is retained (legal and accounting obligations)
Certain data must be retained despite your request, under legal obligations to which Alosea is subject:
⚖️ Billing and payment data
Accounting records related to your purchases (amount, date, Stripe transaction reference) must be retained for 10 years under French commercial law (article L123-22 of the Code de commerce). This data is retained for tax and accounting purposes only — it is not accessible from your account space and is not used to contact you.
📊 Anonymised data
Aggregated and anonymised statistics (for example: sales volume by destination) may be retained indefinitely, as they no longer allow you to be identified.
Processing time
We commit to processing your request within 30 days of receipt. If additional information is needed to verify your identity, we will contact you within that timeframe.
