The MÉMORIAL ACTE (Caribbean Memorial for Slave Trade and Slavery Expression and Memory), inaugurated 2015 in Pointe-à-Pitre, is the WORLD'S LARGEST MUSEUM dedicated to SLAVERY and TRANSATLANTIC SLAVE TRADE — 7,000 m² permanent exhibition. Inauguration by François Hollande. On former Pointe-à-Pitre slave port site — strong symbol of Antillean memory.
